Stress Management

 

 It might appear as though stress is an insurmountable challenge. The relentless flow of bills, the perpetual shortage of time, and the unceasing demands of work and family can make it seem as though you have no control. However, you actually have more influence over stress than you might realize. 

When you're dealing with elevated levels of stress, you're jeopardizing your entire state of well-being. Stress can disrupt your emotional stability and have adverse effects on your physical and mental health. It can limit your capacity to think clearly, perform efficiently, and find joy in life.  


In the modern age, everyone thinks again and again. Worries starts from here. Thinking in a moderate way is not harmful for life. But over thinking is not an ideal job for all of us and for our mental health. A lot of worries triggers our anxiety and make us sick.  


 

Stress is very common. Sometimes we are worried about law and order, situation in the country and world. Children are worried getting good grades in their studies, so that they can have better future. Our family also complains not giving enough time to them; eventually it causes stress and depression. Living in such environment and stress triggers mental illness like depression and anxiety, which lately affect our lives badly. Stress is a serious issue that need to be addressed seriously. If anybody has become victim of such disease, he should be paid more attention than normal man. Such disease finally causes Alzheimer disease. Common factors like poverty, relationship problems, financial difficulty, generational gap, violence, lack of education and terrorism leads to anxiety and depression. If such diseases are left untreated, leads to physical illness like violence and even suicide. In mental illness like acute depression, people find it easier to take their own lives than to seek doctor help. Fortunately, people are getting awareness gradually and getting medical help. Women suffer more than men. Women suffer from depressive disorder feeling helpless, insomnia, changes in diet, fatigue, headaches and finally suicide thoughts. Mental illness should be taught in the colleges and universities. Media can also play an important role, for educating the people.   


Firstly, we should search the root cause of our anxiety. We should think from where our worries start. In this modern age, almost everyone is a victim of lot of thinking and coping with all worries look like impossible. Realizing the cause of root of anxiety is an essential and moving away from its crippling effect on our life. Quite simply, everyone in this world is made to survive. A lot of thinking make us sick and create a lot of anxiety in our mind. There are many worries in our life like domestic, office, friends, relatives apart from small worries like road worries, market worries and dearness etc. Such worries pave the way for anxiety, and anxiety not treated early may be harmful for us. How we can cope this worries naturally.   


Stay active. Be busy in your daily life as much as possible. 

Regular exercise is good for your mental, physical, and emotional health. 

Don't drink alcohol, It is a sedative. 

Stop smoking. It is injurious to health. 

Minimize caffeine. 

Sleep for at least 8 hours, that will keep your brain fresh all the day. 

Meditate, as it is very good for brain. 

Eat a healthy and balanced diet. 

Practice deep breathing. 

Always think positive. 

Be an optimist in your life. 

 

When a boy or girl becomes adult, they have different responsibilities and different thinking. Try to be yourself. Think independently. Never, rely upon others, as it will give you pain in the last.
