Constipation means that your bowel flow has become very difficult, less then normal. Almost everyone experience this difficult situation in the life at some point. Constipation is physical state in which bowel movements become tough and painful compare to normal life and well being. The feces become harder that causes difficult and painful discharge from the body. In Constipation it becomes very difficult to empty the bowels due to hardened feces. People who are patient of constipation know that it can be very difficult to pass out pooh, and whenever they succeed they find sigh of relief and their body is back on normal life. The best way to empty your bowels is to go in the latrine and sit on the commode/ flash and slightly tilt towards left, give little pressur on your left side foot, this way you will be able to pass out stool comfortably. 

 
 

How to Treat Constipation at Home 

 
 

  • Use Ispaghol husk, it is very effective when taken with Luke warm water. 

  • Drink warm liquids early in the morning. 

  • If taken empty stomach warm honey water, it acts as a natural laxative. 

  • Avoid drinking cold water and beverages. 

  • Drink plenty of water and fluids. 

  • Drink real juices. 

Laxatives are known to be extremely effective in constipation. Laxatives are available in many types and can be bought easily from the medical store to relieve constipation. However, it is better to to consult your doctor before buying a laxative and be aware of the duration of time for which you will use it.

  • Start eating a balanced diet. It should include fiber in plenty. 

  • Use fruits, salads, vegetables, cereals, and whole-grain bread. 

  • Drink a lot of water. Water and fiber when mixed together help to keep healthy and relieve constipation. 

  • Do not use caffeinated drinks. 

  • Use warm Milk at night. 

  • Do not just sit  useless 

  • Do daily exercise in your daily life. 

  • When you feel the need of going to the lavatory, don’t ignore it.
