A large number of people are worried about their increasing weight. Almost everyone wants to be slim and smart without any hard work and eating less. This practice is paving the way of becoming overweight. Overweight is mother of many number diseases. Very common diseases in the world today are diabetes, asthma and heart diseases. Eating excess then consumption in relation to the energy that body structure expends. This leads to gain body weight and finally obesity. It is called eating irregularity. This may also be called over consumption of food. Overeating can also be defined as eating more calories than our body uses for the energySome people overeat for emotional or psychological reasons, like avoid boredom, depression, anxiety and managing stress.

This habit causes the stomach to expand beyond its normal size, adjusting the large amount of food. The body produces extra hormones and enzymes to break the food down. The stomach also produces extra hydrochloric acid. Overeating may causes acid to go back in the esophagus which causes heartburn. A little overeating is not bad at all; It is felt comfortable that may lead to some social embarrassment like farting till you release the gases from the stomach. In fact the danger starts when overeating repeatedly, that change the body, which interacts with feeling of fullness.

Eating more than required is a bad habit and paves the way of many diseases. Whenever, you eat more calories than you eat leads to weight gain. Going to bed without burning calories may cause discomfort. Eating a big meal and going to bed, before burning the calories may be harmful. Overeating eventually leads to obese raises chances of getting long term health related problems, such as breathing uncomfortably, the breath may stops at night many times. 

 
 

Signs and Symptoms of Uncontrollable Overeating: 

 
 

· Habit of eating, uncontrollable eating even when not physically hungry. 

·          

Eating with fast speed. 

Eating alone due to embarrassment. 

 Due to overeating feeling guilty. 

·Distraction with body weight. 

·Depression and anxiety or mood change.
