Walking is a best exercise ever. It strengthens the heart, boosts immune system, improves the mood and extends the life span. Apart from other exercises walking does not require any expenditure but good shoes. Wear your shoes and you are ready to go. It is said to do exercise, brisk walk are the best exercise for the life. But in this present era, people have given up walking. According to National Institute of Health of America, lack of exercise is killing 5 million people in a year. According to experts people who walk for 1000 steps daily, live healthy life, but it is not mandatory to walk for 1000 steps daily. Everyone should walk according to his health and age. Walk is very best exercise for every one for body as well for heart. For making health and maintaining it, walking is very much essential and plays a pivotal role in the life. Walking not only strengthens physical health but also increases mental qualities and also controls emotions. Once there was a time that people do walk in the morning, but at present in the fast life it has become impossible to do walk in the morning, and it is not necessary to do walk in the morning. Everybody can chalk out his exercise schedule as per his convenience. He can do walk at morning, evening and even in the night. According to experts it is good to do walk in the green parks; it not only increases mental qualities but keeps the mood better. Experts of the Edenbra University say if old people spend their time in the green places; it will be very good for their health. According to a survey report people of all walks of life like to walk in a green passage other than concrete place. It is necessary to keep city areas green so that people can get mental peace. Experts say before planning new city areas provision of greenery should be kept in mind. Parks should also be made in these areas because it prevents from being sick and also makes mental health good. Inspite of increasing population parks should be built in the areas. This is the best solution of mental illness with no expenditure on medicines.  

 
 

 

 
If you are worried about weight loss and do not want to do exercise or do not have time for exercise, then try brisk walk, it will reduce your weight. According to London School of Economics fast walk reduces weight quickly then to join gym. Walking reduces weight quickly then jogging, Cycling or other exercise. According to experts the weight and size of waist remain less than others. Walk also reduces of risk high blood pressure and diabetes as well as heart disease. So do walk daily for your good health.
