Sleep on hard mattress. Hot water is very good for back pain. Oil is also helpful, rub oil on he back. Both are effective remedy for relief. Yoga technique is also good for the back pain. For the temporary relief ice blocks are also good, try it. Consult your doctor for prescribing pain killers and other pain killing drugs. Physiotherapy is also very good for the relief of back pain, and relax the spine. Moderate exercise will make your muscles flexible and stronger. In extreme cases surgery is required.
