What is the moto of G 20 Meeting

On September 10th and 20th, the G20 Summit was held in New Delhi, where leaders of the 19 largest economies in the world, along with the European Union, participated. During the summit, a historic decision was made to include the African Union in this forum, while the leaders of China and Russia did not participate.

One significant announcement at this forum was the declaration of an economic corridor to connect India, Arab countries, and Europe, named the "Space (Issue) Route." This project is essentially being developed as a counterpart to China's Belt and Road Initiative. This route will serve as a means of connectivity between Central Asia, Arab countries, and Israel. It is clear that this economic route is being created to reduce the importance of the BRICS and SCO, as BRICS has included a significant number of Third World countries, especially Argentina and African nations.

Therefore, to diminish the increasing influence of China and Russia, the inclusion of the African Union as a member of the G20 was deemed necessary. It's worth mentioning that Pakistan was neither invited to participate in the G20 nor seen as a significant beneficiary of the CPEC (China-Pakistan Economic Corridor).

It's important to recall that in 1964, the G-77 (NAM) forum was established for Third World countries, and India was among its founding members. Surprisingly, even though India was part of the founding countries, Prime Minister Modi chose not to participate in the G20 summit held in Cuba. In addition, Modi's government has virtually sidelined the Sark Forum, indicating that India is gradually distancing itself from Third World countries and aligning more with forums of wealthy nations under American dominance.

Despite all these contradictions, the motto of this conference is highly revolutionary: "One Earth, One Family, One Future." Prominent scholar Arundhati Roy has criticized the G20 conference and Modi's anti-Muslim policies, suggesting a contradiction between the conference's motto and Modi's actions.

Nonetheless, for the 8 billion people living in the world, the concept of "One Earth, One Family, One Future" represents a significant revolutionary cry. The renowned English poet Alfred Lord Tennyson, in 1837, had a similar idea of creating a federation of nations, and the resulting parliament was called the "Parliament of Man." He foresaw a time when all nations would unite to form a federation. Tennyson's idea is now being realized to some extent as nations around the world spend trillions of dollars annually on weapons and engage in warfare, resulting in the deaths of millions of people.

One notable aspect of human progress is that it is shaped more by societal upbringing than innate instincts. Western scientists, including Desmond Morris, Ardrey, and Konrad Lorenz, argue that war and aggression are expressions of humans' innate instincts. However, these scientists have largely ignored the role of cultural conditioning in shaping human behavior. In Western countries today, there is a significant cultural, literary, and cultural exchange between all civilizations.

It should be noted that before the rise of Europe, there was a global economic system that existed from 1400 to 1800. India had a textile industry, while China had silk, ceramics, tea, gold, and silver, and agricultural produce was abundant. At that time, Europe lacked resources due to the absence of imports, and it was only when Europe gained access to American silver that it was able to purchase Eastern industrial products. Thus, American silver and Eastern trade played a significant role in Europe's rise to power.

The scientists from the Western world have made significant contributions to our understanding of human behavior and culture. Today, Europe and America's progress and ascendancy involve the scientific, literary, and cultural collaboration of all civilizations. It is essential to remember that even before the rise of Europe, there was a global economic system that existed from 1400 to 1800. India had a textile industry, while China had silk, ceramics, tea, gold, and silver, and agricultural produce was abundant.

In conclusion, the G20 Summit's motto of "One Earth, One Family, One Future" represents a revolutionary call to action. It is essential that this motto is put into practical use so that the 8 billion people on Earth can not only live in peace and prosperity but also work together to dismantle the arsenals of war and take strong action on environmental agreements like the Paris Agreement.
