Gastric problem

 

Gastric problem is very common in these days. Majority of the people do not take it seriously, but in fact everyone experience it throughout the day either by flatulence or by burping. A number of people are not aware of the normal level of passing gas and they really suffer from gastric problem. Passing gas in the public place is not an ideal that embarrass the people. 

Here are some helpful guidelines for the prevention of the gas issue: 

  

Eat your food slowly and chew it perfectly. Do not eat quickly, do not gulp your food, that means you are mounting air in your stomach. That quickness will feel you gassy after some time. Smoking and chewing gum are also helpful for making and gathering gas in your stomach. 

Passing gas in the people is regarded against the manners and embarrassing. Therefore, do not overeat in any wedding or party. When we eat in abundance, gas is trapped in the stomach and it tries to release to ease the pressure, which is embarrassing. Cold drinks also cause gases in the stomach. 

  

Exercise is very good to avoid the gastric problem. Yoga and other moderate exercise are good to get rid of gases trouble. Through exercise it is assured that all organs of the body are working fine, especially digestive system. Eating less is also ideal to avoid this problem. 

  

Make sure that foods you are eating does not contain any artificial sweetener and sorbitol. Sorbitol is used for making sugar free sweets, but leads to gas accumulation in the stomach. 


 

 

 

 
     
Tea and Coffee are ideal to avoid flatulence and burping. 

 

  

 

  

Do not wear tight clothes, always wear comfortable clothes. By doing so, you will feel comfortable and easy. Comfortable clothes are good for passing gases at your own convenience.
